Your area of responsibility:

  • Project execution incl. pricing with major customers
  • Preparation and submission of quotations with project scheduling
  • Execution of price negotiations and contract conclusions
  • Budget preparation with regard to sales and earnings in the defined customer area, monitoring progress and taking measures to achieve targets
  • Maintaining existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term customer loyalty
  • Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations to convince potential customers of the benefits of the product
  • Work closely with the branding team to develop sales promotions, provide marketing materials, and generate leads
  • Continuously monitor the market and competitive situation.
  • Capture and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance
  • Collecting customer feedback to identify improvement potential and adjust the product or service accordingly
  • Further development to Junior Key Account Manager is possible

That distinguishes you:

  • Completed commercial education or related degree, e.g. in Sales
  • Experience in sales of health and wellness products a plus
  • Results-oriented thinking and ability to meet sales goals
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, but also ability to work in a team environment and willingness to collaborate
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proactive and self-reliant way of working
  • Fluent in German and English
