The house is a traditional holiday villa with a breath-taking, 180 degrees, unobstructed view of the Aegean Sea. It offers absolute privacy and an ideal environment to rest and enjoy! The main house consists of two double rooms (one double bed and two singles bed) and the studio (one double bed). The area is under special protection, belonging to B archaeological zone of Ancient Scione. Since 2012 new legislation restricts building in this area by permitting constructions of houses no bigger than 100sqm on land of minimal 6000sqm. Before this it was 200sqm in 4000sqm. Because most plots in the area are either smaller than 6000sqm or much larger farming properties, the property will maintain its uniqueness and increase in value.

The villa's proximity to Loutra (2km) and Nea Skioni(4km) villages offers to visitors many great eating options. At Loutra there are also hot springs with a beautiful Spa including swimming pools, Turkish baths, sauna, hydro massage and other services.
