Created by architect Pascal Clement, located near the village centre of Saint Mitre, this modernist building of 205 m2 is the result of the restructuring of a former country house, nestled on a pretty landscaped plot of 1000 m2.
The architectural intent of this project was to create an timeless living space, successfully combining an ultra modern contemporary architecture and an authentic old structure. Ground floor, a rectangular space of 25 meters long made of concrete, steel and glass houses the main living spaces, facing south. At the end of this extraordinary extension, the first sleeping corner with the main bedroom opening onto the surrounding greenery, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Two additional bedrooms and a bathroom are housed in the original house, connected by a glass corridor.
Also on the plot, a workshop illuminated by a double height fully glazed window opens onto the garden, can be transformed into an independent studio.
A bold Russian style architectural initiative, in a residential area highly sought after close to shops, schools and public transport. Contact us today for more details.
